I get an error about CREATE_CURSOR when starting the game.
You need to run Windows Update to fix the problem.
Why I cannot change my resolution?
If you installed the game into the system drive (ex. C:/), you have to open Config with administrator rights; otherwise it will not save the configuration. It is also recommended to do it before opening the game.
When I try to patch, I get the message "Download of file failed"
You probably have the game open. The patcher cannot update files that are in use. Close your game and try patching again.
What can I do if all channels show offline?
Try using a VPN. Cloudflare WARP is a free option (

The patcher doesn't open on Windows 7, 8, or XP.
The new patcher requires WebView2, which is not supported on Windows 7, XP, or older versions of Windows 8. The minimum supported operating system is Windows 10. You may try downloading WebView2 manually from the official Microsoft website, but we cannot guarantee it will work and no support will be provided for these systems.
